Logistics
Students live in dorms located on the CU Boulder campus. Rooms are suites containing two double occupancy rooms, sharing a bathroom. The dorm has a t.v. and laundry room.
During the team building and community service retreat, all meals are included. Upon return to campus, students will have a meal plan covering most of their meals.
Boulder has an excellent, inexpensive, and reliable public transportation system. Students can walk to classes or take the bus around town. The bus also takes students to Denver.
The price of the program is 3400 USD. This price includes: tuition, housing, fieldtrips, workshops, community service projects, cultural activities, and a meal plan. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot in program. Payment plans can be arranged. The price of the program does not include airfare

A limited number of scholarships are available. Scholarships are primarily reserved for students from Eastern Europe and developing countries. To apply for a scholarship please fill-out the applicable section on the application. Please note that we are unable to provide full tuition scholarships to any student and under no circumstances can we provide funds for travel. We encourage students to find outside funding and we can provide a letter of support for you.
Please consult your home university for funding opportunities. A large percentage of participants receive funding from their home university to attend our program.
All applicants must be 21 years of age by the commencement of the program.
Regular Admission Applications are reviewed on a rolling admission basis. Scholars are selected based on the quality of their application and essay, demonstrated passion, dedication to international collaboration, proven leadership, and an extensive follow-up interview process. Finalists will be contacted for a phone interview and/or to submit official transcripts and letters of recommendation. Applicants who are not applying for scholarships can use the
Fast Track application for a quicker decision. Good Luck!
The overwhelming requests for financial aid have lengthened the decision process. For those who do NOT require financial aid, we offer a new Fast Track option. If submitted, your application will be reviewed immediately. In this sense, you will get a much quicker reply if you apply with the Fast Track Application.
