In addition, she is the Professor for the Philosophies of Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship, Women and Leadership, and Women as Change Agents course.   Alma Ramirez is Co-Founder of Unboxed Social Innovation Consulting, an organization that works towards the transformation of the business sector, collaborating on projects that promote the balance between profitability and generating social and environmental value.  She is also a Professor at Universidad de Monterrey and Leadership exCHANGE.

Dr. Middlebrooks is an Associate Professor in the Organizational and Community Leadership Program in the School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. She ran a nationally-recognized jewelry business and arts-based learning camps for kids. Liz is also the Director of Community Engagement at HQ Raleigh and manages membership services, programming, and anything else that gets thrown her way!

Her passions include multicultural environments, helping immigrants, homeless, and the elderly, and diversity.

Her passions include multicultural environments, helping immigrants, homeless, and the elderly, and diversity.

  Susan Abbott is an independent consultant who specializes in working with non-profit organizations, universities, and donors in the areas of media development, civil society assistance, and digital rights.  Abbott provides consulting services in the areas of facilitating workshops and training programs; grant writing; monitoring and evaluation, and organizational capacity building. Abbott's work and consulting practice has given her a chance to work on projects in Bosnia and Sudan, to name a few.

  Tara Hawley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science in Development & Culture Change from Macquarie University in Australia, has TEFL certification. Having worked across a range of projects domestically and abroad, Tara currently works for the Global Leadership Program (not affiliated) at Macquarie University in Australia.
